5th European Hermes-OSR conference - Paris, Tour CIT Montparnasse 15/12/2009

HERMES-OSRHermes-OSR 5th European conference.

Paris, Tour CIT Montparnasse - ESCEM, 15 December 2009, organised by ESCEM, IAS and Les Amis de FLA. This public event is freely accessible upon prior registration and takes place on the afternoon from 14h00 to 16h30 and is followed by a drink reception to facilitate networking and preparing future joint collaborations.

This conference will present the results in terms of the 4 training modules of the HERMES project as well as plans for the Hermes-OSR label development and future exploitation and dissemination perspectives. It represents the closing conference of the Hermes-OSR project and at the same time the launch of the deployment of the results and Hermes-OSR training solution for 2010 and beyond.

 

The programme of the public conference is as follow:

  • Welcome address, by F.Silva – ESCEM, coordinateur du projet HERMES-OSR
  • Importance of OSR – Open Social Responsibility and role of FLA – the Fair Labour Association, by A. Van Heerden, President of the FLA
  • Question & Answer session on OSR with the participants
  • Presentation of the HERMES-OSR project, by IAS - International Institute of Social Audit
  • Presentation of the 4 training HERMES-OSR modules by the european partners:
    • Module 1: Awareness raising to OSR – F. Mauléon, ESCEM (F)
    • Module 2: Inception training to OSR – A. Schiopoulu, Université de Craïova (RO)
    • Module 3: OSR operators training and support to deployment – D. Matev, BILSP et G. Peev, NBU, (BG)
    • Module 4: Ethics and Deontology training module as part of MBA curricula – L. Bento, UAL (P)
  • Labellisation of HERMES-OSR training offer and cooperation models for deployment in 2010 and beyond, by F. Silva, ESCEM (F)
  • Question & Answer session on OSR, on HERMES-OSR training solution and pathways for cooperation
  • Conclusions and closing drink.
