Module 4 – Ethics and deontology issues and OSR

OSR4 - Module 4This fourth module is the final one of a series of four of the Hermes-OSR training solution on Social Responsibility deals with an Inception training, the Organisation Social Responsibility, or also the Open Social Responsibility.

This training module is in fact built to be integrated into existing MBAs (on strategy and managerial issues) to bring in components of OSR at strategic level. This module is therefore more targeted at the Ethics and Deontological aspects of OSR for Managers and Human Resources Managers.
It can be delivered in various durations from 1 day up to 3 days, and eventually in several sessions. It targets users who wants to better explore Social Responsibility and better understand where to start, the implications and what to include in their implementation plans.
This module 4 includes the following units:

  • Business Ethics
  • Social Responsibility in the HR Management
  • Social Audit
  • The Integrated Process for Social Responsibility
  • Governance for Social Responsibility
  • Marketing and Reporting the Social Responsibility
  • Socially Responsible Communication
  • Social Relations and Social Responsibility
  • Management towards the Social Responsibility
  • Branding
  • Rules and Norms.

This module has been developed under the supervision of UAL and APG with the support of all the partners.
