The Hermes-OSR project is supported by the Leonardo da Vinci programme of the European Commission.
Hermes-OSR started on the 1st November 2007.
The full title of the project is :
“Skill and innovation transfer to implement vocational training to help enterprises in developing Human Resources policies and processes, including the corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).”

Key objectives
Key objectives of Hermes-OSR project
to Implement pilot actions:
- to train future auditors and operational staff who will do controls and social and environmental audits in the enterprises;
- to Train the trainers/tutors on skills and competences they will need, to manage and implements these vocational action-training sessions in the subcontracting enterprises, so that they implement HR policies and processes taking into account the social responsibility.
It is planned to extend that pilot action in Europe first, then throughout the world.
